Tags are used for search and sort functions on the property list pages. Enter tags separated by a comma. Tags are grouped into sets with other properties. For example the first tag for each property could be location, the second tag could be property style and the third facilities.

If the property list page opens with a group= parameter it will only show properties with a matching group setting

If the property list page opens with a nogroup= parameter it will not show properties with a matching group setting
