You can choose to send this template to all booking or only to booking with a certain status.

"All" triggers on all bookings except for black bookings.

When using deposit collection, the status of a booking can change when a payment is made. In particular, a booking may be cancelled until payment is made. In this case an auto action for cancelled bookings may inadvertently trigger on a booking awaiting payment. To avoid this, trigger cancelled bookings with a time offset after booking rather than immediately.
