Setting/propertiesxperiod

You can set extras to be charged on a per booking (one time), a daily, daily pus one or on a weekly basis. I you choose "daily" plus one also the check-out day is counted.

Percentage items ignore this setting and are always charged one time.

An item set as refundable (e.g. security deposit) is charged on the booking page but is not included in prices sent to price comparison channels such as Tripadvisor and Trivago.
