Custom Questions can be created to request specific information at the time of booking e.g. age of children, allergies, flight number etc.

Enter the text to display as the question.

If it is a multiple choice question, enter the list of options to select from in square brackets after the question.

For example: This is a multiple choice question, please pick one [this is answer option 1][this is answer option 2][this is answer option 3]

Optionally you can do the same for tick boxes.

For example: I agree to the terms and conditions [yes][no]
