Choose your cancellation policy. For more information on the various cancellation policies please see the channels help.

If you want to use a "Custom" cancellation policy you need to enter your policy under "Custom". Use the context help next to the setting for "Custom" for instructions.

The cancellation policy "Firm" is not available for listings in Italy
