Name and description of the extra item.

Enter the name in the first field and an optional description in the second field.

The fields can contain HTML tags to enhance the on screen display. These tags will not show in emails, rate description and invoice fields.

To set the status field of the invoice item include a pipe symbol | between the name text and the status text. For example Name of item | Status

The status value can be used for additional information and for reports, for example by including or excluding items with specific status values.
