Set whether this sub account can use the master account outgoing email settings for sending email.

"Use Property Account" can be used for properties which are owned by the account but are visible in another account to force the system to always use the outgoing Email address of the owning account for sending. This has to be set in the account in which the property is visible (not the owning account).
