Auto allocate bookings to a unit within the room type.

• If this is set to NO, bookings will remain unallocated and will have to be allocated manually.
• First available unit means the available unit with the lowest unit ID
• Random available unit will assign to a random available unit.
• Last available unit means the available unit with the highest unit ID
